You can think of our implementation specialists as our post-sale account managers. These folks work with our clients to implement the WizeHive system. They work closely with respected institutions and internationally-recognized brands such as: Smithsonian, Blackstone, American Heart Association, Rutgers University, and more.
So what’ll you be doing?
Great question! Your list of responsibilities will include:
Leading implementation "Kick-Off" calls with your clients
Working with clients to define their program requirements & timelines
Documenting those requirements and timeline
Monitoring budgeted hours vs. actual for the account
Managing client relationships
Performing routine testing to ensure quality client deliverables
Continuously improve implementation and WizeHive processes and procedures
Are you a good fit?
It’ll help if you have some experience working with clients to define requirements and technical experience (preferably with HTML and CSS), and if you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, both independently and collaboratively as part of a project group. A BS degree, focused on math, IT, or related sciences is also a plus.
What about company culture? That’s important too.
We’ve built a great team and are continuing to grow (Meet our current WizeHivers). Weekly fitness challenges, bi-weekly company meetings, and seasonal volunteer outings help keep things fun. We’ve recently moved into a great new space and our office is located in Conshohocken, PA within walking distance of the regional rail station.
We thought it’d help to hear from some of our current Implementation Specialists to get a better idea about what it’s like. Here’s what they had to say:
Overall I have had an excellent experience at WizeHive and have received many opportunities for my own professional development. The atmosphere of the entire workplace is very approachable and any member of the WizeHive team would make great efforts to assist someone who is in need of some help. There is always something new to learn everyday as well as great potential growth within the company!
At WizeHive, I’ve been given the opportunity to challenge myself everyday to push the bill just a bit further while finding creative and innovative solutions for my clients. But I’ve also had the chance to pick up invaluable skills working with nonprofits and other organizations, play a leadership role in my team, and work towards continuously improving the way that we do things, And most of all, I have been a part of a dynamic company that grows together daily through collaboration, encouragement, laughter, and camaraderie.
