Customer Highlights: Unreasonable Institute & Knight-Wallace

Safe wishes to all those in the path of Hurricane Sandy. Today we at WizeHive wanted to highlight a few customers that went live this past week using our system.

Unreasonable Institute, a social entrepreneurship accelerator based out of Boulder, CO for high-impact entrepreneurs, opened up their application process for their class of 2013. In its second year with WizeHive, the program will last from June 12 – July 23rd bringing together 100 + angel investors, 50 ‘world class mentors’ and 10-20 ventures all under one roof. The application is designed to familiarize the Institute with the team, venture and stage to determine if there is a potential fit. It is hosted on WizeHive’s website and you can check it out here.

Knight-Wallace also launched an online application this past week, for their Michigan fellowship program targeted towards journalists. A total of 18 journalists (12 U.S. and 6 international ) are selected for this 8 month program. Using WizeHive, not only is Knight able to collect numerous types of data — simple field entries to complex file uploads — but the committee determining winners is able to review & rate submissions while collaborating in our online private portal. The fellowship will be awarded in May after in person interviews take place in April by a committee of University of Michigan faculty. You can see the fellowship live here
